1. Bright solid solution


After the forming and welding processes, the stainless steel seamless pipe must undergo a solid solution treatment at 1050℃ to eliminate the internal stress of the S30408 stainless steel seamless pipe caused by deformation 2, while reducing stress corrosion, and can restore the intergranular changes during the welding process of pipe fittings.


2. Gas shielded welding


When stainless steel seamless pipes are welded under gas protection, the chromium and nickel on their surface will not be oxidized, and the original characteristics and corrosion resistance can be retained.


3. Pickling passivation


The pickling passivation of stainless steel seamless pipes can produce a thin, dense and hard passivation film on the inner and outer walls. The function of this passivation film is to prevent the steel pipe from corrosion.


4. Sealing materials


Sealing materials determine the service life of S30408 stainless steel seamless pipes, so good quality should be selected.
